BASIC PRODUCT WARRANTy

WARRANTY INFORMATION from LITESCAPING and Outdoorlightingandlandscapedesign.com

LITESCAPING warrants professionally sold and installed Garden Light Brand Fixtures and transformers free from material defect and workmanship. Warranty time periods may vary with schedules that are listed in warranty schedules below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The warranty coverage begins at the time of installation completion. This coverage is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable LITESCAPING warranty liability is limited to the replacement and/or repairs of only such quality of fixtures and transformers determined by LITESCAPING. Replacement and/or repairs of Fixtures and Transformers do not extend the original warranty time period.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

There are no warranties which entered beyond the description on the face thereof, nor are there waivers of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability applicable to the fixtures and transformers. This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover improper or poor installation. In no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for any loss or damage, direct, indirect or consequential except as expressly set forth herein. This limited warranty is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied and is void if the fixtures or transformers has been subject to abuse, improper installation and or care. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province.

TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If any product specified above fails to conform to the warranty during the scheduled period, Purchaser may obtain replacement product and/or repairs by contacting the installing dealer or by contacting LITESCAPING Service Department at 1-866-833-6201. To expedite all warranty claims you must have the original proof of purchase invoice from the installing dealer.

Customers hereby grant Litescaping, LLC the right to utilize photographs and representations of the final project for advertising and marketing in hard copy and digital for brochures, television and newspaper, email, internet and any and all other forms of advertising and marketing.
