LiteScaping, LTD

LiteScaping, LTD is a locally owned small business, founded in 1997 . When the company began installing low-voltage lighting systems, we received most of our referrals from local electrical companies. As the business grew, we realized that there was a large need for commercial and residential outdoor lighting. With over 25 years of landscape and architectural lighting design, installation, and maintenance experience, LiteScaping will meet and exceed every expectation.

We are also proud to announce the new ownership of our company.The new owners bring their 20 years of landscaping and electrical expertise to LiteScaping, making us better than before, and able to offer our clients more options and services than ever before.

Our Process

Free Landscape Lighting Consultation and Project Evaluation:

Our Professional LiteScaping lighting designer will meet you on-site to evaluate your project at no cost to you. This initial lighting design appointment will take place on your property at a time that’s convenient for you. We can also set up a “demo kit” and place some lights around your property, where you are planning on having them installed, allowing you to "test out" and fall in love with your new system before buying.

Free Estimate and Lighting Design Proposal:

No surprises! Our designer considers budget, and time frame when creating your lighting design. Your full estimate and design proposal can typically be sent by mail or delivered via email. Your initial investment of 50% will be due upon the signing your proposal, and once received your materials will be ordered and your installation scheduled.

Landscape Lighting System Installation:

A professionally installed landscape lighting system, no matter how complex, should be discreetly installed with little to no visible impact to your landscape, patio, or home. We leave every exterior landscape lighting design project site clean and picture perfect!

Landscape Lighting System Fine Tuning:

Once night falls, your lighting designer will come back to fine tune the landscape lighting system to ensure it is performing as good or better than you expected. We then do a full exterior lighting design inspection and ensure every light fixture is installed and angled just as planned during our walk-through after installation.

Light System Maintenance and Support:

To keep your outdoor landscape lighting system performing and looking like the day it was installed, it is essential to have regular maintenance performed. Our goal is to increase service life and lower labor and material costs for our clients. Just as your home, your plants, and your irrigation system require maintenance, so too does your lighting system. That’s why we offer tiered Maintenance Programs. It’s easy, hassle-free and ensures that your outdoor lighting system performs beautifully all year ‘round.

Maintenance Packages

LiteScaping provides three different full-service maintenance and repair packages to meet all our client needs. These packages come with either one or two service visits per year, and a discount on any replacement materials; or even having the cost of materials included.
